Site Management Advisor for Entrepose Projets (EPC) in Tender Department to assist on multiple tenders.
The range of tenders varied from LPG storage EPC Projects, FSRU Jetty EPC Projects, LNG liquefaction and Storage EPC Projects, Spheres EPC Projects to Tank Farm EPC project. These tenders also including various organisation with or without partners (consortium or joint-venture). Bid level varies from Main Contractor to Main Subcontractor depending on the scale of the Project.
All these tenders were world wide in countries such as Algeria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil and Canada. My input were related to all construction matters such as but not limited to construction philosophy definition and/or verification, subcontract tenders definition and/or verification, site visits, subcontractors auditing, construction and its management budget definition and/or verification.
