Site Manager (Toren & Gazdepo Projects)

Site Manager for Entrepose Projets (EPC) for the 3D Seismic Survey (43 km²) and 2D Seismic Survey (66 km) on the Toren and Gazdepo Project in Tarsus, Turkey. The objective of the Seismic surveys was to aggregate additional geological information for the Development of Underground Salt Caverns for up to 2 MSm3 capacity.
I was in charge of the implementation and follow up of all HSE, Quality System and Budget for the overall activity led by a dedicated local Subcontractor.
The Seismic survey consisted in 2 different complementary approaches : one 43km² 3D Seismic Survey and one 66 km 2D Seismic Survey. Our Subcontractor was in charge of permitting (both prior and after survey -including reinstatement of survey areas), surveying, pegging, geophone installation, vibroseis trucks positioning and recording. We had to supervise the overall activity ensuring proper HSE organisation, Quality records availability and transmission to HQ, production and to adapt the surveys based on both permitting and weather condition.
