Site Manager (Dunkerque LNG Project)

Site Manager (Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Cooldown and Start-up) for Entrepose Projets (EPC) on the Dunkerque Liquified Natural Gas Terminal (EDF, TOTAL, FLUXYS), France (three LNG tanks 190000 m3).
In the continuity of the Construction Manager works for the external works, I was in charge on this particular time of Project to continue implementation and follow up of HSE and Quality System by all Subcontractors and all activities preparation, scheduling and coordination to ensure a safe and timely Start-up of the Plant. As such, and due to the physical boundaries and as well as contractual boundaries, these works implied a close coordination with the other Main Contractor of the Project (namely a consortium composed of Techint and Sener called TS LNG) in charge of the Plant systems. This close coordination and cooperation were necessary to ensure the proper integration of the LNG tanks system from a timely closure of Punch items, provide necessary CE stamps for the LNG tanks system till a close coordination and assistance of the TS LNG team throughout the necessary Cooldown of the 3 LNG tanks using provided LNG vessel by the Client.
Finally, I was also in charge to ensure proper and timely close out of Subcontracts including settlement of any Change order, additional Requests, Claims that could come forth at the conclusion of the Project.
